Over the past two years CACP has developed meaningful relations with international entities in government, industry and academia. CACP has shared and exchanged information with more than 20 companies working in advanced technology, specifically wireless. In academia, CACP is leveraging programmatic successes, mutual areas of research, and graduate student interests in the intersection of policy and advanced communications leading to synergistic and complementary activities. One example is a growing relationship with Westminster University, Cavendish School of Computer Science, Software Engineering Department, Wireless IT Research Center (WITRC) in London. CACP and WITRC are exploring research and wireless technology applications to better serve all community of users. Recognizing the power and potential of teaming on projects of mutual interest both institutions will benefit from virtual and real graduate student partnering, the creation of papers and reports, and participating in an annual symposium benchmarking accomplishments in the field. Other academic institutions CACP has developed relations with include Middlesex University, University of Nottingham, Vrije University (Belgium), and University of Dundee (Scotland).
